Life can be challenging for all of us.
When we feel overwhelmed with things like anxiety, emotional turmoil or loss it can become difficult to know where to turn.
We can feel trapped in a state of over thinking, over worrying or numbness from the world around us, struggling on without hope...but this can change. It is amazing what can happen when we feel listened to, empathised with and accepted for who we really are.
Feeling safe and supported whilst we share our difficult feelings and explore the deeper aspects of ourselves can lead to a greater sense of wellbeing, calm and self-awareness.
As a person-centred therapist I believe in working with my clients to discover what they need to recognise, change or overcome, to better have the life they need and deserve.
At the centre of this approach is the recognition that you are the expert when it comes to your life, your perspective and your feelings. My role is to create the conditions that allow and encourage you to explore your inner world and to support you on your journey of healing and self awareness.
